August has been a busy month. A couple parties and several individual designs.  Glitter sun tattoo to match her dress for a wedding she attended later that day. What a fun way to celebrate a birthday. Have some friends and family over for an impromptu mini henna party. In a half hour all these ladies got lovely henna tattoos. Happy Sweet 16! 
I did henna and glitter at a recent baby shower. I had a wonderful time. I even got to try alligator and kangaroo meat! What an Adventure. In the spirit of adventure, I tried out one of my favorite elephant designs.  Elephant themed henna belly design 
A big thanks to Perry Creek for having me come do henna for the customers at their valentines lunch and wine tasting. What a lovely place with amazing wine. Their wines are sustainably farmed and produced in Fair Play, CA. Their tasting room was decked out with chocolates, strawberries, cookies, cheese, crackers, dolmas, olives and an olive oil tasting table. They also served a delicious lunch for their wine club members, who dined to the melodic sounds of a live acoustic guitar. Of course, I took some time to taste with wine and came home with a few bottles. I look forward to visiting again soon.  At Perry Creek Winery they specialize in Rhone varietals and Zinfandels grown at the unusually high altitude of 2401 feet.
